Parts Consciousness Therapy

Parts Consciousness Therapy (PCT) is based on the model of a three part human consciousness that consists of a subconscious mind, conscious mind, and the Higher Self or super consciousness. It originated or evolved from my exploration of consciousness, mystical experiences during meditation, paranormal experiences, anecdotal experiences with clients, and emerged in my book, "Your Loved Ones, Your Self; Finding and Raising the Family Within."

"Parts Therapy" is not new. Is is a valuable tool used in hypnotherapy. However, I have expanded upon the parts model and using metaphor, guided imagery, attunement and affirmations have developed a methodology of integrating the subconscious urges and desires with the conscious mind's analytical opinions along with guidance provided by the subjects own "Higher Self" in the form of intuition and synchronicity.
